The Unison UK-Phenyl column effectively separates fluoroamphetamine and fluoromethamphetamine isomers with identical mass.
The Unison UK-Phenyl column is effectively able to separate triazolam and etizolam, which are very similar in structure.
The Cadenza CD-C18 HT 3 micron column shows comparable resolution to a sub-2 micron column, with much lower pressure.
The Cadenza CD-C18 HT 3 micron column shows better resolution between isopropylparaben and propylparaben than a sub-2 micron column, and the CD-C18 HT column also shows a higher plate count.
The Cadenza CD-C18 HT 3 micron column shows lower pressure, higher plate count, and higher resolution than a sub-2 micron column.
Tadalafil, Sildenafil, and Vardenafil are all polar small molecules that are easily separated on the Unison UK-C18 HT column. Not only are the slight structural differences between Sildenafil and Vardenafil recognized by the column, but it also separates all three compounds within 1.5 minutes.
The Scherzo SM-C18 and the Scherzo SW-C18 show similar retention of these small molecules as the standard Unison UK-C18. However, the Scherzo SS-C18 shows the best resolution between these three compounds.
Both Scherzo SM-C18 and Scherzo SW-C18 can separate an acidic compound (Ibuprofen) and a basic compound (Chlorpheniramine) at the same time. Scherzo SW-C18 works better under gradient elution, whereas Scherzo SM-C18 works better under isocratic elution.
All of the columns listed can recognize the structural difference between these two isomers, and resolve them into two separate peaks.
Both Presto FF-C18 and Intrada WP-RP can elute this large protein. Intrada WP-RP shows sharper peaks, meaning it can better recognize its structural components than Presto FF-C18.
