Cadenza CW-C18, Unison UK-C18, and Unison UK-C8 are all able to resolve the very polar and charged Acetyl CoA and CoA, differing only in an acetyl group.
Under neutral pH conditions, columns in the Unison and Cadenza series have similar retention and resolution properties.
Under acidic pH conditions, columns in the Unison and Cadenza series have similar retention and resolution properties.

PEG can be separated by both reversed phase and normal phase chromatography. Reversed phase using the Cadenza CW-C18 column gives baseline resolution as well as better run time.
Many Cadenza and Unison columns achieve excellent resolution with beta-Estradiol 3,17-disulfate and 17beta-estradiol despite their similar structures.
The Cadenza CW-C18 column effectively separates triarylmethane ink dyes because of chelating properties.
Cadenza CW-C18 and Cadenza CL-C18 have different selectivities for double-stranded DNA. CW-C18 is a wide pore column that elutes the molecules earlier than the CL-C18, which is selective via its exposed silanol groups.
